We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, covers, descriptions, colors, dimensions, formats, and other details accurately. However, differences may occur because of screen settings, printing processes, production batches, supplier changes, or other manufacturing variables.

Minor differences in color, positioning, cover finish, paper appearance, typography, packaging, or other non-material characteristics are not considered product defects.

Product images may include promotional mockups or staged photography intended to demonstrate the appearance or presentation of a product.

3. PHYSICAL AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Bookverse US may sell both physical and digital products.

Physical Products

Physical books and other merchandise are shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.

If an order contains multiple products, those products may be manufactured, fulfilled, or shipped separately and may arrive in more than one package.

Receiving one part of a multi-item order does not necessarily mean that the remaining items have been lost or cancelled.

Digital Products

Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials, are normally made available electronically after successful payment processing.

Digital delivery may occur through a download page, customer account, email, or another electronic delivery method.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that the customer's device and software can access the applicable digital file format.

Digital content is licensed for personal use only unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not automatically constitute our final acceptance of that order.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping options and estimated delivery or shipment times may vary depending on the product, destination, fulfillment location, carrier, and shipping method selected.

Any estimated shipping or delivery timeframe displayed on our website, product page, cart, or checkout should be reviewed before placing an order.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise, but we will comply with applicable consumer protection and shipping laws.
